Returns/Exchanges

It's okay to change your mind!

Returns If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 14 days and we'll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging that you received it with the tags attached.

Non-returnable items include:

- Gift cards

- Sale products

To complete your return, please include a copy of the receipt.

 

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Exchanges If you are interested in an exchange for the same item of a different size, send us an email at info@shopestellaonline.com and further instructions will be provided.

 

Shipping To return your product, email info@shopestellaonline.com for instructions and the return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be refunded. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
